【摘要】:TheobjectofthisCodeistoprovideuniformmethodsandproceduresfortestingthethermodynamicandfluidmechanicalperformanceofaircooledheatexchangers,andforcalculatingadjustmentstothetestresultstodesignconditionsforcomparisonwiththeguaranteeasdefinedinpara.5.9.4.ThescopeofthisCodecovers,butisnotlimitedto,thetestingofmechanicaldraftheatexchangers,ofboththeforceddraftandinduceddrafttypes,naturaldraftheatexchangers,andfanassistednaturaldraftheatexchangers.Fromaheattransfersurfacestandpoint,thisCodecoversalltubebundleorientations,including:vertical,horizontal,andslantedconduitheatexchangers.Bothbaresurfacesandfinnedsurfacesareincludedasconduittypeheatexchangercomponents.WhileconventionalroundtubeswithcircularfinsareassumedinthisCode,theprocedurescanbemodifiedbymutualagreementtoapplytoothersurfaceconfigurations.Whilethecoolingfluidisrestrictedtoatmosphericair,thetube-sidefluidcanbeanychemicalelement,compoundormixture,insinglephaseflow,liquidorgas,orintwophaseflow.ThisCodeiswrittenundertheassumptionthattheAirCooledHeatExchanger(ACHE)maybetestedashavingadiscreteprocessstreamorthatonlyoneprocessfluidstreamisbeinginvestigated.Inothercases,modificationsmustbemadetotheprocedurespresented.Suchmodificationsshallbeagreedbythepartiestothetest.ThescopeofthisCodealsoincludes,directlyorbyreference,recommendedmethodsforobtainingdata,measurements,observations,andsamplestodeterminethefollowing:(a)PhysicalDimensions(b)AirFlowRate(c)Air-SidePressureDifferential(d)FanDriverPower(e)SoundLevel(f)AtmosphericPressure(g)EnvironmentalEffects(h)WindVelocity(i)AirTemperatures(j)EnteringAirTemperature(k)ExitAirTemperature(l)ProcessFluidTemperatures(m)ProcessFluidPressures(n)ProcessFluidFlowRate(o)CompositionofProcessFluid(p)Percentcapability(q)ProcessFluidPressureDrop
