【摘要】:InternationalStandardISO10110appliestothepresentationofdesignandfunctionalrequirementsforopticalelementsandassembliesintechnicaldrawingsusedformanufacturingandinspection.ThispartofISO10110providesrulesfortheindicationoftheallowabledeformationofawavefronttransmittedthroughor,inthecaseofreflectiveoptics,reflectedfromanopticalelementorassembly.Thedeformationofthewavefrontreferstoitsdeparturefromthedesiredshape("Nominaltheoreticalwavefront").ThetiltofthewavefrontwithrespecttoagivenreferencesurfaceisexcludedfromthescopeofthispartofISO10110.Thereisnorequirementthatatoleranceforwavefrontdeformationbeindicated.Ifsuchatoleranceisspecified,itdoesnottakeprecedenceoveratoleranceforthesurfacedeformationaccordingtofSO10110-5.Iftolerancesforboththesurfacedeformationandthewavefrontdeformationaregiven,theymustbothbeupheld.NOTEInthispartofISO10110,theterm"wavefront"usedalonestandsforeither"transmittedwavefront"or"reflectedwavefront",accordingtothetypeofsystemtobespecified.
