【摘要】:Thistestmethodforthedeterminationofevennessoftextilestrandsisusedextensivelyforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsoffilamentorspunstapleyarn,comberlaps,roving,sliver,ortops.6.26.36.46.5Evennessvaluesobtainedondifferentinstrumentswillbecomparableforstrandsfromthesamesampleprovidedthefollowingparametersarethesameinallcases:(1)themeasureofevennessused;(2)thecapacitivelengthzoneL(see3.1.5and3.1.5.1);(3)thesamplelength,Ls(see3.1.8);(4)instrumenttestspeed,(5)laboratorytemperatureandhumidityconditions(see12.1and12.1.1);and(6)testspecimenvariation.Whendifferentmodelsofaninstrumentareused,andoneormoreofthesixparametersarenotidentical,testresultsmaydiffer.Valuesofstrandevennessarealsousedinqualitycontrol,processoptimization,andtogetherwithyarnstrengthmeasurements,isthefirstappraisalofastrand''squality.Alowevennessvalueis,ingeneral,preferred.Higherevennessvaluesgenerallyindicatedifficultspinning,loweryarnstrength,andpoorerfabricappearance.Experiencehasshownthattherelationshipofevennesstothepredictionofyarnperformanceandtofabricappearanceisnotasimpleone.Anevennessvaluemust,therefore,beusedcautiouslyandbesupplementedbyadditionalevennessinformation,suchasmid-termandlong-termmassvariations,thin,thick,andnepimperfectioncounts,diagramchartspectrogramchart,lengthvariationcurve,andhistogramanalyses.Continuousfilamentyarnsshouldbetestedformassvariationoninstrumentsspecificallydesignedtothem.;failuretodosowillresultininaccuratetestresults.Further,low-twist,continuousyarnstendtoflattentoaribbonconfigurationwhilepassingthroughthecondenserofacapacitanceinstrument.Thesespecificinstrumentsaredesignedtoinsertfalsetwistinthecondenserduringtestingtoovercometheflatteningeffectandmayresultinfalsevariationreadings.6.4Strandsmadefromfiberblendsshouldbetestedonlyifthedifferentfibersareuniformlydistributedthroughoutthestrand.Non-uniformblendingmaycauseahigherreadingofmassvariationthanthetruevalueifthecomponentfibersdifferindielectricconstant(see3.1.1and3.1.1.1).6.5Evennessvaluesobtainedondifferentinstrumentswillbecomparableforstrandsfromthesamesampleprovidedthefollowingparametersarethesameinallcases:(1)themeasureofevennessused;(2)thecapacitivelengthzoneL(see3.1.5and3.1.5.1);(3)thesamplelength,Ls(see3.1.8);(4)instrumenttestspeed,(5)laboratorytemperatureandhumidityconditions(see12.1and12.1.1);and(6)testspecimenvariation.Whendifferentmodelsofaninstrumentareused,andoneormoreofthesixparametersarenotidentical,testresultsmaydiffer.6.6Ifthereareanydifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwo(ormore)laboratories,comparativetestshouldbeperformedusingcompetentstatisticalassistanceandanagreeduponnumberofsamplesthatarehomogeneousandrandomlyassigned,shouldbeusedtodetermineifthereisastatisticallysignificantdifferencebetweenthem.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestingforthatmaterialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationofthestatisticallysignificantdifferencesfound.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheindirectmeasurementofevenness(massvariation)ofnon-conductivetextilestrands,includingtop,comberlap,sliver,roving,andyarnproducedfromstaplefibersandcontinuousfilamentyarns,bymeansofcapacitancetestingequipment.1.2Strandsmadefromfiberblendscanbetestedusingthistestmethodonlyifthedifferentfibersareuniformlydistributedthroughoutthestrand.1.3Thetestmeth......
