【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforpressuremetaldiecastingunits.Itappliestopressurediecastingmachinesandtotheinterfaceswiththefollowingancillaryequipment:-die,-melting,holdinganddosingfurnaces(seeEN756-1),-metalfeedingequipment,-insertingandremovaldevices,-sprayingappliances,-heatexchangerforthedie.Thisancillaryequipmentitselfisnotcovered.Additionalrisksarisingfromthematerialbeingcastarenotcovered.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytolowpressurediecastingmachinesand/orgravitydiecastingmachines.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopressurediecastingmachineswhenusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Itprovidestherequirementstobemetbythemanufacturertoensurethesafetyofpersonsandpropertyduringtransport,commissioning,use,de-commissioningandmaintenanceperiods,aswellasintheeventofforeseeablefailuresormalfunctionsthatcanoccurintheequipment.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletopressuremetaldiecastingunits/machinerywhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
