【摘要】:ThispartofIEC82045providesacomprehensivesetofstandardizedmetadataelementsfordocumentmanagementinaccordancewithIEC82045-1.Toenablethis,astandardizedEXPRESS-basedinformationreferencemodel[30]isprovidedinAnnexA.Theinformationreferencemodelisthebasisfromwhichthemetadataelementsarederived.Theinformationreferencemodelalsoprovidesastandardizedframeworkfordataexchangeandabasisfortheimplementationofadocumentmanagementsystem.ThisdocumentalsoprovidesastandardizedDTD(DocumentTypeDefinition)basedontheXML(extensibleMarkupLanguage)languageforthepurposeofdocumentexchange,seeAnnexB.Itisdirectedtowardsendusersofdocumentmanagementsystems.TheAnnexesareinadditiondirectedprimarilytodevelopersofsoftwareforsuchsystems.Thedocumentisintendedasageneralbasicresourcefordocumentmanagement.ThispartofIEC82045doesnotspecifyphysicallocationsnorarrangementsoflabelsondocuments,norlayoutsofdrawings,documentsetc.Physicalimplementationoftheinformationreferencemodelorexchangeformatsarenotpartofthisstandard.NOTEAlthoughsometimescloselyrelatedtothedocumentmanagement,thefollowingitemsareoutsideofscopeofthisstandard:planning,productdatamanagement,workflowmanagement,configurationchangemanagement,andelectronicfilemanagement.Theseitemsmay,however,bereferredtoasexternalobjects.
