【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversbarecombinationunilay-strandedconductorsmadefromroundwiresofaluminum1350and8000seriesofaluminumalloys,forinsulatedconductorsforelectricalpurposes.Aluminum1350wiresintempers-H19(extrahard),-H16or-H26(x00BE;hard),-H14or-H24(x00BD;hard),and-H142or-H242(x00BD;hard)and8000seriesaluminumalloyswiresintempersx201C;0x201D;andH1XorH2Xarepermitted.Theseconductorsshallbeconstructedwithacentralcorewiresurroundedbytwolayersofhelicallylaidwires,resultinginanouterdiameterequaltothecompressed-strandedequivalentconductors.Note18212;Forthepurposeofthisspecification,combinationunilayconductorisdefinedasfollows:acentralcorewiresurroundedbyalayerofsixhelicallylaidwiresofthesamediameterasthecorewirewithahelicallylaidouterlayercontainingsixsmallerwiresalternatedbetweensixwiresofthesamediameterasthewiresinthelayerunderneath.Bothlayershaveacommonlengthanddirectionoflay(seeFig.1).1.1.1Forthepurposeofthisspecification,normalconductorclassification(ClassAA,A,B,C)isnotapplicable,astheseconductorsareintendedforsubsequentinsulation.Thedescriptivetermcombinationunilay-strandedshallbeusedinplaceofconductorclassification(Note2andNote3).Note28212;Priorto1975,aluminum1350wasdesignatedasECaluminum.Note38212;ThealuminumandtemperdesignationsconformtoANSIStandardH35.1.Aluminum1350correspondstoUnifiedNumberingSystemA91350inaccordancewithPracticeE527.UnifiedNumberingSystemalloydesignationsfor8000SeriesaluminumalloysinaccordancewithPracticeE527arelistedinTablenumber1ofSpecificationB800.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.FIG.1CrossSectionofConductor
