【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsand/ormeasurestoremovethehazardsandlimittheriskonhand-fedverticalspindlemouldingmachines,hereinafterreferredtoas"machines",designedtocutsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboard,plywoodandalsothesematerialswheretheyarecoveredwithplasticlaminateoredgings.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversallthehazardsrelevanttothismachine.Thesehazardsarelistedinclause4.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytomachinessetuponabenchoratablesimilartoabenchwhichareintendedtocarryoutworkinastationarypositionandcapableofbeingliftedbyhandbyoneperson.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytohand-heldwoodworkingmachinesoranyadaptationpermittingtheiruseinadifferentmode,i.e.benchmountingandnumericcontrol(NC).ThisEuropeanStandardisprimarilyapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytomachinesequippedwithoutboardbearings.

【摘要】:TheobjectoftheseRecommendationsistorationalizethepresentationofdataonthepropertiesofplasticsmaterialsforuseinthefieldofdesignengineering.Theinformationavailableatpresentisusuallybasedontheresultsoftestsdesignedforqualitycontrolandisthereforeofrestrictedvaluetothedesigner.ForqualitycontrolpurposesithasgenerallybeensufficienttomeasureasinglevalueofagivenpropertyundercloselydefinedtestconditionsandthetestproceduresgiveninBritishandothernationalstandardsusuallyindicateonlya'singlepoint'value.Ontheotherhand,satisfactoryengineeringdesignneedstobebasedoninformationcoveringboththemagnitudeandtrendsinthepropertiesofmaterialsunderconditionssimulatingthoseexperiencedinpractice.Plasticsaremoresensitivethanmanymaterialstoenvironmentalchanges,andtheirpropertiesmayvarywidelywithtemperature,humidityandotherserviceconditions,andwithtime.Moreover,theperformanceofplasticsarticlesisusuallymarkedlyaffectedbythemethodandconditionsoftheirmanufacture.Therefore,topredicttheirlikelybehaviourinserviceitisnecessarytohavea'field'or'spectrum'ofinformationshowinghowapropertychangeswithtime,temperatureandtheotherimportantvariables.
