【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyoperatedcommercialhoodsintendedforinstallationabovecommercialcookingappliancessuchasranges,griddles,griddlegrillsanddeepfatfryers,andnotintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsinglephasehoodsconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutral,and480Vforotherhoods.Onlysinglecompleteunitsandhoodssuppliedasseparatepartswhichwhenassembledformacompleteworkinghood,incorporatingafan,arewithinthescopeofthestandard,NOTE101Hoodsareused,forexampleinrestaurants,canteens,hospitalsandcommercialenterprisessuchasbakeries,butcheries,etcThehoodmaybeusedaboveoneormoreapplianceofthesameordifferenttypesSofarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbythesetypesofappliancesNOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat;-forhoodsintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsincludingventilationrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities;NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-domesticrangehoods(IEC60335-2-31);-purpose-builthoods,althoughthisstandardcanbeusedasaguide(apurpose-builthoodiseitherconstructedon-siteorspeciallyconstructedinthefactoryandisnotmassproduced);-hoodsnotincorporatingafan;-hoodsdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-hoodsintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).NOTE104Requirementsforhoodswithexternallymountedfansareunderconsideration.
