【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestotheapplicationdesignandinstallationofelectricalequipment,controlcircuitsandprotectivesystemsforfurnaceswhichareoperatedwithsolid,liquidorgaseousfuelsandtheirancillaryequipment.Itspecifiesrequirementstomeettheoperatingconditionsoffurnaces,toreducethehazardsofcombustionandtoprotecttheheatedsystemsfromdamagee.g.byoverheating.Suchfurnacesandtheelectricalequipmentmaybepartofthefollowingplantsforexample:a)Waterheatingsystemsb)Steamboilerinstallations(steamandhot-waterboilers)andheatrecoverysteamboilersNOTE1Therequirementsofthisstandardapplyaccordingtotheelectricalequipmentofelectricallyheatedsteamboilers.NOTE2SeagoingvesselsandoffshorefacilitiesaregovernedbyInternationalMaritimeLawandassucharenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.Theserequirementsmaybeusedforsuchfacilities.c)Warmairheatersd)Hot-gasheaterse)Heatexchangersystemsf)Combustionchambersofstationaryturbinesg)Aslongasnootherstandardisapplicableforcombinedheatandpowerstationsitisrecommendedtousetherequirementsofthisstandardh)Thisstandardmayalsobeusedasreferenceforelectricalequipmentrequirementsforthermoprocessingequipment.NOTE3Therequirementsofthisstandardareapplicableinallcaseswhereanequipmentspecificstandarddoesnotspecifyarequirement.Therequirementsinthisstandardarenotapplicabletoelectricalequipmentfor:i)Nonelectricallyheatedappliancesandburnercontrolsystemsforhouseholdandsimilarpurpose;j)Furnacesusingtechnologiesforthedirectconversionofheatintoelectricalenergy;k)Combustionchambersofnon-stationaryprimemoversandturbines;l)Centraloilsupplysystemsforindividualheatingappliances;m)Furnacesusingsolidfuelsforheatingpurposesforhouseholdusewithanominalthermaloutputupto1MW;n)Furnaceswhichareusedtoheatprocessfluidsandgassesinchemicalplant.Thisstandardmaybeusedasabasisfortherequirementsplacedonelectricalequipmentforfurnaceswhichareexcludedfromitsfieldofapplication.
